Return & Exchange Policy

At Prominent 3 G, we take pride in the quality and intention behind every piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.


1. Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within [30 days] of the delivery date. If the specified timeframe has passed, unfortunately we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • No signs of wear, damage, stains, deodorant, fragrance, or alteration.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.


3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are generally non-returnable and considered final sale:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page or at checkout
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at help@prominent3g.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • If exchanging, the size/color you’d like instead (if available)

Once your request is reviewed, we will reply with instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise stated or required by law:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a return or exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item, size, or a confirmed defect), we will work with you to correct it and will cover return shipping at our discretion.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5-7 business days], depending on your bank or card issuer.

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative, especially for promotional or limited-release items.


7. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item.
  2. Place a new order for the desired size/color.

Once we receive and approve the original item, we will process your refund according to this policy.

In certain cases and depending on inventory, we may process direct exchanges. Please email help@prominent3g.com to check availability.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery at help@prominent3g.com.

Include the following in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item name
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

We will review and work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.


9. International Returns & Exchanges (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred when sending items back to us. These amounts are non-refundable.


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend:

  • Checking your bank or credit card account again
  • Contacting your bank or credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Return & Exchange Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, product offerings, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be adjusted accordingly.
