Thank you for shopping with Prominent 3 G. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1-2 business days] (excluding weekends & holidays). During new drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another notification when it ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order weight.

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United States — All 50 states
- International destinations (if enabled at checkout)

4. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans the label.

5. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some items may be released as pre-orders or made-to-order. Estimated ship dates will be listed in the product description.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise stated.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees determined by your local customs office. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense, or issue a refund minus original shipping charges and return fees (if any).
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery.
If your package shows as delivered but is missing:
- Verify the shipping address
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look for delivery notices
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

9. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural events, carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
10. Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, email us immediately at help@prominent3g.com. Once an order enters fulfillment or has shipped, changes may not be possible.
