Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your size and color, then click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please email help@prominent3g.com right away with your order number. If your order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer restocks on sold-out items?
Some drops are limited, while others may be restocked based on demand. For restock updates, join our email list or follow us on social.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within [2 business days], excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout and your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States and may offer international shipping on select drops. If international shipping is available, it will appear as an option at checkout.
My order shows “delivered,” but I can’t find it. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors or household members and look for any delivery notices. If you still can’t locate it, contact the carrier with your tracking number. If you need more help, email us at help@prominent3g.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within [30 days] of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. For full details, please see our Return & Exchange Policy.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email help@prominent3g.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason. We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we made an error with your order or you received a confirmed defective item, we’ll work with you to make it right.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within [5-7 business days], depending on your bank or card issuer.
Products & Sizing
How do your products fit?
Most of our pieces are designed with a modern, slightly relaxed fit. For a more fitted look, you may choose your true size; for an oversized look, consider sizing up.
Will items shrink after washing?
To preserve quality, we recommend washing on cold and tumble drying low or laying flat to dry. Following the care instructions on the label will help minimize shrinkage and keep your pieces looking their best.
Are your designs limited edition?
Some drops and colorways are limited and may not restock once sold out. If you see something you love, we always recommend grabbing it while it’s available.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, and may also offer digital wallets and accelerated checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or others shown at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
I was charged but didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see a confirmation email, please contact us at help@prominent3g.com with your name and any payment details you have.
